Mr Muscles is our original protein smoothie. We started with a protein base of chia seeds, almonds and a protein add on. Then added fibre in the coconut flesh, electrolytes in the coconut water, anti-oxidants in the blueberries and cinnamon and finished it off with Mango for energising vitamins.
Did you know that Ancient Folklore says Cinnamon is the best remedy for the winter blues, as well as being one of the top 7 anti-oxidants in the world.
